Threshing drum for CLAAS combine harvester, identified by part number 00 1801 171 0, is a central component of the threshing system. Its task is the intensiveseparation of grain from the earsthrough high-speed rotation and the impact of specifically positioned rasp bars. Working directly with the concave, it allows thethreshed grainto pass to the subsequent cleaning stages, while directing the straw to the separation systems. This is the first point of contact for the crop mass with the threshing system after passing through the header. This configuration enables not only threshing but also the initial cleaning of the crop and moving the residues to further sections –onto the straw walkers or rotors.
