CornCracker for CLAAS JAGUAR forage harvester(catalogue number 00 90174.3) is a key component responsible for the intensive crushing and conditioning of maize kernels and other silage crops. Unlike standard cutting,CornCracker for CLAAS JAGUAR forage harvestercrushes the kernels and tears the stem fibres, which significantly increases the contact surface area of the material. This improves silage digestibility, which is particularly beneficial for dairy cattle and for processes in biogas plants.

CornCracker for CLAAS JAGUAR forage harvesteris located in the machine's discharge chute, between the chopping cylinder and the accelerator. It is an integral component through which the entire plant mass passes after being chopped. Depending on the system version, the CornCracker may be available in variants such as MCC CLASSIC, MCC MAX or SHREDLAGE®, differing in tooth profile and intended for different chop lengths and silage quality.

- Silage optimisation: Improves the ensiling process and reduces losses.
- High performance: Enables efficient processing of large volumes of material while maintaining high fragmentation quality.
- Adjustment to chop length: Various variants allow optimal conditioning of silage with chop lengths from 3.5 mm to over 30 mm in SHREDLAGE® technology.
