On the product page, you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for dispatch. We begin processing your order immediately after receiving payment. In the case of payment by traditional bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time needed to clear the payment.
Order processing times may be longer during promotional periods.
Once your entire order has been completed, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, type of shipment, and the recipient's address. Usually, it takes up to 2 working days. If you have chosen to collect your order from an InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker, the shipment will arrive at your chosen point within a few (usually up to 5) working days from the moment of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided when placing the order.
