Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, i.e.:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract you entered into with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you
- as a rule, you are entitled tothe right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting to usa declaration of withdrawal from the contracte.g. via an e-mail sent to the address:sklep@agrosikora.pl.
You may withdraw from the contract within14 days.
The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract that involves multiple goods delivered separately, in lots or parts - from the moment the last item, lot or part is taken possession of.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before it expires.
Return the goods to us immediately to the following address: Braszowice 154 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie, however, no later than 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund the payments made by you immediately in accordance with the principles set out in the Store Terms and Conditions, however, no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves – we may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of having sent them back - depending on which event occurs first.
Please remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted to you, among others, in relation to a contract:
- in which the subject of the service isnon-prefabricated goods produced according to your specificationsorserving to satisfy your individualised needs;
- in which the subject of the service isgoods that deteriorate quicklyor having a short shelf life;
- in which the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package, whichcannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service isaudio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following content applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not one, please check our Store Terms and Conditions for detailed information on complaints.
If we improperly perform the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably to the e-mail address:sklep@agrosikora.plor by post to the address Braszowice 153, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie.
As a rule, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within two years from that time.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you may demand:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In some cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a declaration on price reduction
