Pulleywith part number00 0644 945 0is a durable and precise drive component used inCLAAScombine harvesters. It is a key element of belt drive systems, enabling efficienttorque transmissionand rotational speed adjustment between shafts. Thanks to its design, it enables stable and reliable drive for many machine components, in both main and auxiliary systems.
Application in CLAAS combine harvesters
Pulleys are ubiquitous in the design of CLAAS combine harvesters. The presented model00 0644 945 0is used, depending on the configuration, in:
- Main drives– e.g. power transmission from the engine to the threshing system, winnowing fan, or straw chopper.
- Auxiliary systems– cooling fans, hydraulic pumps, alternators, air conditioning compressors.
- Adjustment mechanisms– as part of gear ratio change systems, e.g. in variators.
Features and benefits
- Efficient power transmission– ensures stable torque transmission via V-belt or flat belt.
- Rotational speed adjustment– allows for reducing or increasing RPM depending on the diameter of the pulley used.
- Reduction of vibrations and shocks– cooperation with the belt absorbs dynamic loads.
- Durability– made of high-quality materials, resistant to wear and intensive use.
Compatibility – which CLAAS models it fits:
Pulley00 0644 945 0is used in selected combine harvester models:
- CLAAS LEXION– 400, 500, 600, 700 series and newer (depending on the drive system version).
